Established in 1992 The JFM Group consists of JFM Associates, JFM HR and JFM Design Limited. We specialise in sourcing, assessing and recruiting the highest calibre people for our clients nationally and internationally. JFM is led by Fiona Razak, an accomplished recruiter with over twenty years experience, with fifteen of those spent at JFM. She is supported by a number of consultants, researchers and support staff who are keen to find the best solutions for our client's businesses.
Our approach offers total confidentiality to both our clients and candidates and is quite unique in that we tailor our service to meet those very exacting needs of our clients, whether that be a major PLC or an independant practice. Our ability to utilise our wealth of experience in the industry, including our extensive contacts has put us in a strong position and one where both clients and candidates trust our judgement. In recruitment the ability to see beyond the obvious is key and JFM ensures that our consultants understand both our clients and candidates needs.
JFM is able to provide a wide range of skills set within the design and project management fields, HR, Finance and interior and architectural design services. JFM can also provide both permanent and contract staff, as well as become involved in mergers and acquisitions We work with a range of clients both in the UK and internationally. These include private practices, local government bodies, contractors and PLC`s.
