||PROGRAMME MANAGER (Water)
Leading practice within the water and environmental field are continuing to win some superb projects. This has given rise to a key requirement in their thriving Brighton office for an experienced Programme Manager to manage & delivery a significant portfolio of projects.
The company require a Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a number of water and waste water projects that will shape and inform future capital investment including the development of the PR19 submission. A key focus of the role will be to manage project synergies in order drive the efficient delivery of the programme.
Additionally involvement in:-
Programme Stakeholder Management
Leadership and management of project management team
Technical & project management governance
Communications and change management
Development and implementation of effective management processes
Management of interfaces and information flow
You will be responsible for driving programmes of work to ensure client delivery objectives are fully met and the associated business change is fully embedded in the clients organisation; Build strong Director-level relationships within their clients organisation and maintain a strategic view of their allocated programme areas in relation to meeting overall client objectives, monitoring performance and informing future strategy.
Key to your role will be:-
Single point of contact for the client on programme related issues, developing and maintaining an effective working relationship
Lead the client through programme implementation, capturing the hearts and minds of the asset management & operators and the wider group of key stakeholders
Driving effective delivery to time and budget and support in the overall management of the programme including planning, staffing, and performance management
Ensure the programme plan meets client requirements and constraints, such as regulatory requirements, value of work, cash flow objectives and available resource
Analyse programme information and forecast trends, highlight issues to inform strategy
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting data for delivery areas
Take a strategic view of the programme, looking for opportunities to maximise client benefit, cluster, accelerate and increase efficiency
To drive the procurement of specialist suppliers to enable the effective delivery of the programme
You will be a graduate with significant post graduate experience in programme management and a track record of building, maintaining and managing strong relationships across client / contractor interfaces. Additionally experience and evidence of successfully delivering to time, cost and quality, complex technical programmes and projects with the ability to demonstrate leadership of a team delivering complex technical projects
