||DEPUTY DIRECTOR FOR UK FOOD SECTOR
This international engineering, architecture, project management and construction management company are seeking to make this key appointment. As a group they work across a number of sectors including:- Food, Beverage & Consumer Health, Bio pharmaceutical, Advanced Manufacturing, Healthcare, Education, and Energy Sectors.
For your part you will have an in-depth knowledge and experience of the food sector and have good contacts in this area of work. as well as be ambitious with future prospects to take over the running of the sector and be tasked with expanding the company`s offering in this area.
In more detail you will be responsible for actively developing new and existing clients in the Food Sector to ensure the continued profitable growth of the group in the UK in these markets.
Provide data and estimates which will be utilised to develop annual targets, budgets, business and marketing plans, etc. for the UK business. Additionally participate in Bid / No-Bid meetings for Food Sector prospects and develop with input from UK management and Sector leadership) the Win Strategy for UK .
You will lead and prepare proposals, and co-ordinate specialist inputs and personnel from other offices for proposals and presentations. You will ensure profiles, slides and capability statements are kept up to date for UK projects. You will actively lead, or act as consultant on, agreed studies and projects and assist the development and mentoring of other company members.
It is expected that you will have in-depth experience and understanding of the UK Food Sector with a strong technical background, preferably educated to at least degree level, with a probable engineering/science qualification and an excellent track record of working within multi-disciplinary teams, preferably both as a client and as a consultant, with a strong project delivery experience.
