Currently they seek a seasoned Bid Manager to manage the bid efforts across a number of disciplines.
The role will involve identifying and researching opportunities as well as working closely with the technical teams to understand and implement work winning strategy across multiple sectors. In addition to this undertaking Bids and reviewing Invitations to Tender and producing and managing the implementation of a Bid Plan
There will also be responsibility for writing and producing bid and proposal documents and analysing feedback and lessons learnt to promote continuous improvement as well as interfacing with the wider Bid Team to raise standards across the Division
For your part you will need to have an excellent eye for detail, be able to work in a pressurised environment and be a definite self-starter.
The role requires a customer focussed approach and strong project management skills to identify and co-ordinate all of the necessary inputs to produce winning proposals in response to invitation to tender documents, on time and within budget.
You will be involved in a broad spectrum of bid contributors including technical authors, to produce a strong document indicating the company`s capability and key strengths.
It is expected that you will be a graduate with a minimum of 5 or more years bid coordination or bid management experience.
