||Head of Bid Management
Our client, one of the UK` leading consultancies are seeking to develop their business development team further.
Key to their expansion plans is the need for Bid Manager in the Midlands. The role is a national one and carries responsibility for the timely and professional submission of Bids, Tenders and PQQ’s.
The position will involve supporting of offices across the country, with a small team reporting to you.
You will be responsible for the production of high value, complex multi-disciplinary PQQs, tenders and pitches focused on client needs with value statements as well as establishment of infrastructure for production of bids at a regional level including provision of a new bid system and databases containing best practice data.
You will be involved in bid reviews of regional submissions prior to issue to ensure bids submitted are of the highest standard using consistent branding, answer all facets of the question asked and are fully compliant/
Additionally ensuring clients feedback is acted upon as well as the development and implementation of sophisticated pipeline reporting system capturing bid and prospect data and srategic work including commercial benchmarking and tackling barriers to cross selling.
