ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR – DIRECTOR – STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING

Hugely interesting prospect with this global consultancy calling for an experienced Structural Specialist to join the company`s vibrant London office. You will assist in leading a sizeable team working on a variety of high profile projects throughout the UK and beyond.
The post will offer an interesting, challenging and varied workload as well as allowing you to develop your career further.
Ideally, you will be a positive, motivated and versatile individual who can adopt a flexible approach to their role and provide support to the team within the office – thinking outside of the box is a must.
Our client is keen to appoint an AD, or possibly a Director who will most likely have built up a small team in an SME but is seeking a more progressive move. You will be capable of winning work, from existing clients and will be supported by other senior directors.
Ideally SC or DV security cleared – to support other projects outside the capital.
For your part you will have be graduate in Structural or Civil Engineering with experience of working in a structural engineering consultancy environment. A Chartered Engineer preferably with a strong commitment to knowledge acquisition and CPD. Fully IT literate and proficient in the use of standard Microsoft Office and with the ability to use structural engineering design software such as TEDDS, Tekla Structural Designer, Robot, SCIA, AutoCAD and Autodesk Building Design Suite REVIT Structures
A self-motivated individual who is able to achieve the highest levels of excellence together with a real passion for the industry with a professional approach to engineering problems is seen as essential. You will be a good team player and have the ability to work collaboratively with other team members internally and externally.
The ability to win work in time is seen as key as well and directing the team and their continued expansion.
