During such uncertain times JFM continues to offer clients and candidates support and advice on how we stay connected and remain productive –   do pick up the phone and speak to one of our team at any time.

We have been particularly touched by our clients concern for our business of more than twenty five years supporting their businesses and how we will weather this situation.   We are resolute about our commitment to those we have supported for many years and will be here when you need us – please remember that.

The whole nation is showing how united we really are and what togetherness feels like, which will only strengthen us.

The face of Technology is changing at JFM

As of November 18th JFM will be undergoing a major over haul of our phone and IT systems in line with our continued expansion – which is hugely exciting for the group.

Of course,  as with any upgrade or new systems we will most likely be encountering a few set backs over this 10 day installation.  We would ask both our candidates and clients to bear with us during this period and would suggest emailing any concerns or questions ([email protected] or [email protected]) and we will respond accordingly.  The phones are the most likely to be effected so email is the best way of communicating.

2020 is set to be another good year for the group and despite the gloomy brexit predictions JFM is continuing to buck the trend.

Thank you all in advance for your patience and understanding.

Attention turns from the capital – as residential development continues to soar across most of the UK

Many commentators are pencilling in price growth for the UK of 1% next year. These include Rightmove , whose data is based on asking prices. Its forecast chimed with those from two well-known estate agents. Knight Frank has predicted price growth across the UK of 1% in 2019, amid increased economic and political uncertainty around Brexit, though it is expecting to see zero growth in the south-east and a 0.5% fall in prices in London.

Now well into Q3 for 2019 and residential/commercial developments continue to exceed predictions.  JFM is experiencing a surge in interest from clients working in these sectors and as a result has been retained by several who are seeking to add to their successful offices across the country in the areas of infrastructure design, planning, transport planning and traffic engineering (see our website for a valuable insight into the current market – www.jfmassociates.co.uk).

The majority of these practices are multi regional and offer the opportunity to take ownership through equity and to play a integral part in their continued expansion.  The focus is no longer in the capital, but across the South West, Midlands and North West – with all of these areas experiencing the biggest growth.  This is a trend which will continue for some considerable time and has seen the appeal of both Birmingham and Manchester, as two of the most desirable cities to live and work.
